I applied online. I interviewed at Infosys (Madras) in Mar 2020
Interview
Average process. I applied online on their site. One online aptitude test from home. Then one programming test at their centre. Then technical interview and HR rounds on the same day at their centre only. They provide offers for hiring after evaluating all candidates.

Interview
Extremely unprofessional, disorganized recruiters. After completing the initial online questionnaire, a recruiter touched base with me to set up an interview time. I returned the recruiter's phone call with a detailed message listing broad and flexible ranges of times in which I was available to meet. The recruiter did not respond immediately. After multiple follow-ups, I gave up.
However, the following Friday night (late night Friday, early Saturday morning), I received a calendar invite for a meeting time of 7:00am Saturday morning (just a few hours later), which was not anywhere near a time range that I had expressed availability. Needless to say, I did not attend.
Over one MONTH later, I receive a text message asking me to let them know when I can reschedule the interview for. I reply that I am no longer interested in the position, and kindly suggest that the company consider using recruiters in-house, and in a US timezone rather than outsourcing to a third-party in India. The response I received was unprofessional. Based on this "interview" experience, I will never apply to Infosys again and will discourage others from doing so.

Interview
I first had a phone screen, which finished with scheduling my technical video interview. Before the video interview, I had to finish an online aptitude test before the technical interview. The technical interview lasted slightly less than an hour, and was focused less on technical questions. I was asked questions regarding my resume and my skills.
