I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Infosys
Interview
The first was a technical screening focused on core concepts like data structures, OOPs, and basic coding — the questions were moderate in difficulty. The second round combined technical and managerial aspects, where I was asked scenario-based questions, problem-solving approaches, and how I handle real-world challenges; this round tested both my depth of knowledge and communication skills. The final HR round was conversational and centered around my background, strengths, adaptability, and included details about company culture and compensation. Overall, the process was structured and smooth.
