Question 1
In all the rounds, questions were asked about the previous work experience. They look for candidates who worked in the related area or domain for which they want to recruit for.
Apart from that, one case question was asked in each round in order to test whether the person thinks logically. Some of the example questions are like how will you establish an ATM in a rural part of the country. What are the parameters you would look for. Give a logical approach.
Interviewer was clear about job requirements and the specific skill requirements. Got a clear picture about the job and employer expectations. It was a nice learning experience. Got sufficient time to think and take a decision, It was a more participatory process.
