Interview
Following the assessment test, got shortlisted for the interview phase. The session itself was very smooth; the interviewer created a supportive and comfortable environment right from the beginning. The conversation centered around my project, where I had the opportunity to detail its technical aspects, architectural choices, and the underlying motivation for building it.

Interview
There was initial paper-based objective test that challenged the verbal and quantitative ability of the candidate. After clearing this test, an interview was taken where the candidate was asked to describe the college life and what one expects from the company after joining. The final list was then put up after all the students were interviewed and those who were selected were asked to choose from either internship of 6 months (last semester of college) or full-time job that included training for 4 - 6 months after college

Question 1
Describe the achievements you have made during your college time.
Multiple rounds including face to face and aptitude depending on the role type and resume and project related questions were asked with focus on technical concepts including data structures and algorithms
The recruitment process started with an online assessment that included aptitude, reasoning, verbal ability, and programming questions. Candidates who cleared the assessment were invited for a technical and HR interview. The interview lasted around 30 minutes and focused on Java fundamentals, projects mentioned in the resume, OOP concepts, certifications, and basic HR questions. The interviewers were friendly and gave sufficient time to answer.
