I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Infosys (San Jose, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
The interview process was short & sweet. No biggie. if you are an expert of your process , domain & technology you sure will get through.Interview was short & done with 3 rounds - HR, Tech -1 , Tech-2. But the later part , negotiation with HR on compensation, getting your offer letter and visa transfer process is like forever.
Interview process went really smooth without any delays. HR was very responsive. I received my offer letter within 2 weeks after 3 rounds of interview. Interview was of easy level.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Infosys (Madras) in Mar 2026
Interview
The entire interview process was exceptionally smooth, highly structured, and entirely hassle-free. Because the system was so well organized and process-oriented, everything moved forward seamlessly, and I did not encounter a single difficulty or challenge from start to finish. But only the follow up with HR person was a tedious process as my recruiter didn't pick the call or replied to my mails on time and helped me in moving the joining date.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Infosys (Madras) in Feb 2026
Interview
There were 5 rounds of interview. 4 were technical round and 1 HR. The interviews went well for me. The interviewer made it feel comfortable to answer. The recruiter helped me with the information on the interview timings appropriately. The interviews were average to easy giving me the space to answer and explain.
