I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys (Poona) in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview process consists of three rounds:
Technical Round: This round focuses on questions related to the topics mentioned in your resume.
Managerial Round: Here, they discuss details about your current and previous projects, including the specific modules you worked on.
HR Round: This is a basic round where they inquire about your previous company details and discuss salary expectations.
After 2-3 days, an offer letter is typically generated.
Next steps:
You’ll receive an email from Infosys to fill out the details on the Launchpad portal and upload necessary documents.
For the background verification process, Infosys partners with a third-party service. You’ll get a URL to log in using your ITR and EPFO credentials, allowing them to fetch data for verification.
If your background check is cleared, you’ll receive your onboarding details. Otherwise, further steps may be required.
