I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys (Bengaluru)
Interview
The hiring process was very tiring. Lot's of follow-up was required to hear back on the status. Post the last interview, I waited for like 10 days, and finally when I tried to call to check on the status, I just receive a text message saying "you are rejected". I responded asking for the reasoning, but did not receive any response.
Not matter what the candidate experience level is, a basic etiquette to be followed by any organization is to treat the candidates with respect by letting them know on the status and on the final decision. It's very disheartening to have faced such an experience with a company as well-known as Infosys.
