They ask us to fll online forms and submit before getting called for the interview. The filled forms have to be taken for the interview with photo attached. Details from the school level has to be filled in. It could have atleast couple of rounds of interview.They ask about technical questions also to understand how much the persons in PM role are aware of such things.

Interview process was more logical reasoning and leadership qualities evaluations. It was one-one with the interviewer and later there was a HR round for benefit discussions. I had come to US to work for client of Infosys, REI. REI had a different interview policy.
