I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infosys (Bombay) in Aug 2011
Interview
The interview was a one-one interaction. It was a one member panel, consisting of a sweet old lady. It started with the cliched question "Tell me something about yourself". From there she asked me about my 'Strengths & Weaknesses', ambitions, aspirations, hobbies, interests, short-term plans, after-retirement plans.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infosys (Raurkela) in Jan 2011
Interview
I was just asked to tell me about myself. It lasted only for 2 minutes. I guess the major criteria for selection was the written test prior to the face to face interview. The written round was a standard mental ability test checking our logical connectives and ability to do basic mathematical operations. Overall, it was not really a challenge that needed any prior preparation or any educational background to pass the test.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Infosys (Haiderabad) in Mar 2014
Interview
It was an off campus drive for freshers.I was shortlisted for interview after written test.Interview is simple and non technical.I had given my interview in Hyderabad. Only HR round was taken. There was a lady HR.As i entered i asked permission to take seat. Then she started asking questions.I was fluent and never stuck in between. Its all about clearing the aptitude test.Once we are done through it 90% of your selection is done according to me.But don't forget that interview is also equally important.
