They ask IQ questions and test the english speaking ability.

Selection process of infosys is first we have to appear for two written test one for aptitude and second for communication skills. After clearing the both written test one will be called for interview. the interview will be one to one. The interviewer asks for basic family details and sometimes some logical puzzles.
