Psychometric Testing, a role play of a meeting which we had 30 minutes to prepare the answer to a question based on given information and then tell a colleague the answer, a group session in which we all had a different priority and different piece of information and had to find the best solution to the business, a 1:1 longer interview covering technical knowledge and personal behaviours.
