JLR interview questions

First did an online application with motivational questions, then video interview of 3 questions and finally assessment day with 1 interview, an in-tray exercise and a group task. They leave you with other candidates between tasks and the overall atmosphere is very relaxed. Left the assessment days with a few friends that helped during the internship as they also were accepted
