JLR interview questions

Completed an online application in December. Had an interview 3 months later. Lengthy process sweetened by the offer. I can imagine not receiving an offer would have made me feel a lot of time was wasted.

Face to face , 2 rounds. a presentation for 15 mins in the second round on a pre decided topic. The interviewers looked perplexed and ill prepared. Absolutely poor communication post the interview. Displays no professionalism to respond to emails post interview.
