Very quick online application form, then some easy aptitude tests (if something I'd worry about the Situational Judgement test, but just use common sense is the best advice) and got called in for an assessment centre. On the day, in-tray & group exercises, and a rather short (30-40 minutes) structured interview, both competency-based and to test on your business awareness.
