Interview focused on the reimagine strategy, the scoring system was based off how the answers you provided related to the reimagine strategy. The interview was split into two sections with non JLR employees, with the section section going over situational based questions.
Presentation on topic provided prior to the interview, with follow up questions based on the presentation topic, followed by another section of behavioural questions with a secondary interviewer related to JLR values

Fast paced, Organised, Requires the correct mindset before starting due to the four hours your onsite being full on (Interviewing and Testing). The difficulty level of the interview is down to personal skill sets, there is no tricks or catches in any of the tests its down to your own knowledge.
