First couple of interviews went well, and then didn't hear back from the interview process, after having met them a couple of times this felt like poor candidate experience to not take the time to follow up with a candidate and let them know the outcome or give any feedback

Interview
I spent from 9am to 3pm interviewing. everyone is very friendly. first all the people being interviewed gather to see a presentation from JLR engineers. After that we were separated in groups in order to prepare a presentation and present it to the rest of the people in the room. after that they separated us one by on and interviewed us 2 different people, half hour each.

Did phone interview twice . successful Resign from previous work .join in parts department.induction done .one day work agree to give me laptop and equipment. finish 16:30 revived message 20:00 same day .good evening don't come tomorrow.you are suitable for another project .loose my previous jobs just for one bad day with them . They was blind they didn't show my cv to manager .he don't know mechanical engineer don't use electronic circuits design .it's electronics engineer job . Due to their lack of knowledge.i am without job . They was not sure for what they hired me . 15 people all fire in 8 hours .with 6 months contract through umbrella .they hiring now for their first hybrid car in 2023. Most of the parts are already outdated . Now other companies going for hydrogen fuel . Due to environmental changes. Most of the hybrid batteries will fail .
