JLR interview questions

JLR Bangalore, First Aptitude and control system test online taken. - Passed but got feedback after 15 days. L1 interview scheduled after 15 days after 30 days got feedback cleared L1 round prepare presentation for L2 Round,. Presentation prepared and given L2 round interview. Even all experience are cleared in resume L2 manager not clear about questions. Interview nothing related to position and competency. Very bad experience with reputed JLR organization.

One presentation followed by 25 mins questions on it, one 75 mins interview. The presentation had to be max 5 slides and I had to talk about it for 10 mins. It was about the company's core values and academic studies up to date.
