JLR interview questions

There were total 5 rounds of interview 1.online RPA test 2.Prepare ppt and video recording on topic given 3.Telephonic round 4.aptitude test 5.Face to face It was a a unique interview process I have come across so far. I had a great learning experience 😃

Assessment centre consists of 3 stages. First stage is a one-to-one interview where they ask questions regarding previous experiences and qualifications. Second stage is a group task with other candidates, which involves problem solving but is in a more relaxed environment to gauge social skills. Third stage is an Aptitude test similar to online tests to examine numerical and situational skills.
