I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at JLR (Coventry, Engeland) in Nov 2015
Interview
I applied online in 2013. No CV / Cover letter submission was required which was nice. The first stages were online tests (I cannot remember the details but it was around behavioural situations and how one would react in certain situations to see if your personality/character matches the company requirement) . Then it was the assessment centre - they sponsor flights and hotel ( I flew in from an European country). The assessment centre was fairly standard 1) Group activity 2) 1:1 interview 3) Competency test 4) Role play

Applied online and got a face to face interview after 3 to 4 weeks.
Interviewed by 2 managers within the quality division.
Interview took an about 90 minutes. First 30 minutes was an exercise to present thr biggest challenge to Quality in my opinion then followed by an hour or face to face interview. 90% generic competency based questions.
