I applied online. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Milwaukee, WI)
Interview
Lots of rounds and very engaged interviewers. I had a friend who had already been at the company for a few years who told me about what qualities JC looks for in a candidate. The emphasis was on integrity. I researched the mission, value, and vision of JC and used that information to shape my responses to potential interview questions.
I found the experience very professional, yet it wasn't stuffy. It was essential to prepare for their situation-based and behavioral-based questions beforehand.
