The whole hiring process was quite long and but very complete. Included both local and regional interviews, face to face and teleconference meetings.
All of them were friendly and behaviourly focused.
Allowed to contact several areas of the organization, sales, hhrr, operations, delivery.

3 rounds with a combination of Teams and in-person. More of a conversation than interview. Liked getting to know the team and learning more about the company. Recruiter was great to work with and smooth process overall.
