KAYAK interview questions

I had an initial call with a London recruiter. When i asked what is the compensation that they give for this role she was trying to avoid the questions ask insisting how much i earn in my current role, i didnt reveal and she said is gonna ask the manager cause she doesnt know how much the pay . After that she send an automated email that they move with another candidate. AVOID THIS COMPANY this practise is unacceptable
