KAYAK interview questions

I applied online for the position. I was contacted by email for a phone interview after around 3 weeks of applying. The phone interview included my work experience, technical challenges and some basic Java questions. I was then invited to the office for further rounds. I was interviewed by 4 people in total. 2 rounds involved design, 1 round of debugging and 1 round was on elaborating on my projects and java questions.

The interview process is efficient. There are 4 rounds interviews within 2 weeks: 1. Phone screen 2. Coding exercise 3. Skype interview 4. on-site interview The overall experience was pretty good. Kayak booked the flight ticket and hotel for me, cause I lived out of MA. The hotel is just 2 mins walk from the Cambridge office. Really friendly and smart people in a great environment.
