The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KPMG in Nov 2018
Interview
Online tests followed by recorded answers answering 3 questions. Then was invited to O2 for Assessment Centre, split into:
1) Interview
2) Report writing
3) Group exercise
These 3 will come in random orders, and there's an opportunity to ask new joiner questions (which helps with interviews later on)

Question 1
Tell me a time you demonstrated strong leadership.
Tell me a time you solved a team conflict.
I applied in February and received an offer in August. There are 5 online stages which take a well to get through. I was put on hold a few times ( sometimes as long a month) before proceeding to the next stage of the recruitment process ( due to high volume of applications). The stages are manageable once you put in the necessary effort to researc and practine interview questions. The hardest part would be the Virtual Launch Pad ( final stage) However once you are prepared you will have no problem. The interview questions surrounded motivational and career questions with only a few competency ones. Ensure you relate your answers to their values
