Easy going, calm, personal. really nice people. 2 interviews. strengths and weaknesses (competency) based interview and more personal get to know you interview. felt like a chat. asked insightful and thoughtful questions. lasted around half an hour each. definitely a learning experience.

strengths/weaknesses, why kpmg, why tax, how do you approach problem solving
Combination of written test, aptitude test and video interview (mostly situational judgement). Around 30-40 questions in total, mostly ranking/"where are you on the scale". Can't remember the exact number but there should be around 2 written responses and around 5 video questions.
