Question 1
The second stage is a test on a case study at the firm, quite tight in time and a bit hard with a lot of details- it is for 70 minutes, there are 3 business cases with 25 multiple-choice questions, and one open question. The business cases were about :
1. an association that fundraises money and most of its income comes from big donors, and there is a decline in the small donors' base, which risks the stability of income.
2. A company in the fashion industry with profitability issues, mostly because of the online channel.
3. A city that wants to plan its public transportation plan: pick buses or BRT – Bus Rapid Transit or Light rail, based on Social benefit and investment amount needed.
95 percent of the questions are qualitative, and there are almost no calculations. The time is a bit short, so you need to pay attention to the watch.
Firstly had to submit CV and motivation letters. Then a meeting with HR. The 2 rounds of case studies and lastly a final interview with partner, which was relatively informal. Practice some cases before you apply
the interview process consists of the following: Entry level task, manager interview, partner and Head of S&C interview, and HR. Quick and professional process, and a good experience overall. all interviews include a professional and personal part
