Several online stages consisting of critical thinking and numerical tests, followed by a video interview. Upon passing the video interview stage I was invited to KPMGs ‘Launch Pad’ event - essentially their own version of an assessment centre. This consisted of group activities, further critical thinking tests and a one on one interview with a partner. The day also contained many informal aspects, including networking and presentations based on technology and charity. Overall, it was an extremely positive experience which left me with an excellent impression of KPMG as an employer.
Interviewers were friendly, and took the time to go through the interview process and introduce themselves before starting with questions. The questions were reasonable. They asked probing questions after each of my answers.
