      Auditor Interview

      Sep 27, 2010
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Moskou,
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at KPMG (Moskou, ) in Aug 2010

      Interview

Lots of contact by telephone and email. After passing the initial screening, completed online exams. Afterwards was invited for an interview, first with HR, afterwards was invited for a second interview with the managers and partners. Overall impression of the company was very nice, all of the managers I spoke with were very friendly and had lots of positive things to say about the company. The interview with the partner wasn't nearly as pleasant and eventually I was glad I didn't get an offer because I don't think I would have accepted it—lots of overtime for a very low salary. However, it was a good experience and the company has lots of friendly faces that would make working here pleasant.

      Interview

      2. Interview Process Step 1: Self-introduction The duration is 1-2 minutes. Some managers will ask, "Have you prepared the presentation in English or Chinese?" Both the Chinese and English versions of the proposal should be prepared, and they can be flexibly switched according to the manager's requirements. Step 2: Deep Dive into the Resume The manager will listen carefully and ask for details. The experiences listed on the resume must be true and can withstand scrutiny. Common Questions: "What specific tasks did you undertake during your internship at xx?" "Have you encountered any difficulties? How did you solve them?" "Why didn't you stay at the previous internship company?" Step 3: Issues related to behavior/motivation
