Met with a number of leaders which was great however each had a different take on the role and what it would entail which resulted in team confusion. In the end they went with another candidate but was unclear why they chose them and had nothing but good feedback for me at the end of the interview process.

Interview
Very engaging, constructively challenging process with a genuine element of 'two way conversation'. It felt like a very grown up and positive experience. Several hours passed quickly in what could have been a very stressful experience, but it was enjoyable.
