I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kantar (Calcutta) in May 2021
Interview
Got a call from HR regarding an opening for Associate Research Manager at Kantar IMRB. She took a telephonic interview. I was then sent a test link consisting of 40 analytical questions. Time limit was 45 mins. The test wasn't very hard but there were questions considering the time limit. 2 weeks later the technical interview was scheduled. The technical interview was entirely data driven with the interviewer sharing their screen and I was shown many datasets and I had to answer questions based on them. Other than that there were typical interview questions based on Resume. Within the next 2 weeks rest of the paperwork was done and I got my offer letter. The whole process was completed within a month's time.

I had a few Analytics based projects, we delved deep into those in terms of what insights I had. A few questions on designing questionaire. A few slides were shared with various data on them and I was asked to interpret them. The interview was pretty chill
