I got an interview invitation around one month after my online application. First a phone screening with HR to check eligibility (language, location, availability etc.) and then competency based interview with the team - an overview of your cv (educational and professional experience) and 2-3 situational questions. It was a very smooth process, everyone was very friendly, eager to help and I got the offer one week after the interview.
