My second-round interview with Kantar is, to date, one of the worst interview experiences I've ever had. The first round had gone quite well, I'd been given a selection of take-home assignments and I left with a positive feeling towards the company.
On the day of the 2nd interview, however, it was rescheduled time and time again, and when the interview finally came I was not offered any apology or explanation. One of the interviewers was professional, however the department head had a very aggressive interviewing style, at one point asking why I hadn't added a feature to my assignment that had never been mentioned in the brief nor formed part of the job spec. Furthermore, if she felt I was taking too long with my response, she would cut me short and angrily repeat the question.
Furthermore, Kantar is to date the only company that has ghosted me after a job interview.
