Kantar interview questions

The interview went well, and they were actually interested in my profile. The interviewer was very busy, every 8 to 12 minutes she asked for a pause to answer texts or talk with someone behind the camera, it was very rude. There was a weird twist on events because like 48 hours after my interview they sent an email telling me that I wasn't moving forward in the process for the Research Executive role, in the interview she intended that they wanted someone with more experience, but just the day after that I saw a new job opportunity from the same company, but the role was Senior Research Executive (more experienced), but literally they were offering like 20% less than the original non Senior position. I won't say it's bad, but seemed a little weird, like if they didn't figured out how much they were willing to pay from the beginning. Hubo un giro extraño en los eventos porque como 48 horas después de mi entrevista me enviaron un correo electrónico diciéndome que no avanzaría en el proceso para el rol de Ejecutivo de Investigación, en la entrevista ella me indicó que querían a alguien con más experiencia, pero Justo al día siguiente vi una nueva oportunidad de trabajo en la misma empresa, pero el puesto era Ejecutivo de investigación sénior (más experimentado), pero literalmente ofrecían un 20 % menos que el puesto original que no era sénior. No diría que es malo, pero me pareció un poco extraño, como si no supieran cuánto estaban dispuestos a pagar desde el principio.

Had an interview set. 3 minutes before, she messaged me and asked to reschedule. We set a date and time then she no-showed. No response. No communication. Nothing. Would have been nice to receive some sort of communication. Even if the position had been filled, we are professionals. I felt like I got stood up on a high school date. Ghosted
