I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kantar (Makati City)
Interview
There were three parts to the interview process: initial screening, case study, and personal interview. Initial screening consisted of a skills evaluation test and initial interview with the HR assistant. This is followed by a call-back (along with other potential candidates) in which an introduction was given about the company followed by a case study (1 hour preparation followed by a presentation to managers). Following the presentation was the formal interview with the same managers. This led to a third interview with a different set of managers albeit with similar (standard) interview questions.
