I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Klarna (Stockholm, )
Interview
A headhunter from another company working in part with Klarna contacted me first. Convinced me to apply for the position. First got a logical test to be done on computer in 15 minutes.
Then got a link to online coding site of 3 questions. After solving them, was invited for interviews.
Just the day before the interview, was contacted by the headhunter who told me that somehow they changed their mind. Mind you, up to that point, I was yet to see a human from Klarna let alone talk to one. They are like robots and treat you like one.
Very unprofessional company and attitude. Just wasted my time on silly questions, do not bother. They did not even give a reason why they changed their mind. I had heard similar experiences about their unresponsiveness and ignorant attitude. Seems they were true. Avoid this company like the plague if you value your career and sanity..

Question 1
-For the first logical test: You're given 4 shapes and you assume what the next shape would look like.
-For the coding test, there are 3 questions..
1. You're given a number and you should write the multiples of 3 and 5 up to that number. Using a set is straightforward.
2. You're given a String consisting of positive integers delimited by whitespace. You must get these integers and weight sort them. Sort first according to the sum of digits in each integer, if the sums are equal, the smaller one comes first. Use Java8 Comparator. comparing
3. Typical BraceChecker question. See if left parentheses match right parentheses. Use stack!

Interview
Online IQ test, then on site interview where they gave me the same IQ test again. The interview was with the analytics team manager, he was a good interviewer.
Got a small coding assignment before the next interview which was technical, with two developers. During the interview they asked me to describe an application I had worked with. Then they asked about the assignment, how i would change the code to make it work for more types of data.
The day after i got an email that they would not proceed with me since i lacked some skills.
My only guess is that they wanted someone with more micro service architecture experience, although I might be completely off. On the technical interview they mentioned micro services about 20 times so it seemed really important for them.

Awesome, they were very supportive, answered all my questions when it was possible. Everything was so clear and fun. I learned a lot talking to then, and I hope to contribute a lot.
