Interview
It was a four/five step process. First you had to do a online test, then a phone interview, then an interview at Stockholm HQ with HR and a future colleague and the final step was with your future boss and three more internet test. The overall experience was very good, even thou I think the process was a bit too long.

Question 1
Why Klarna? Many questions about their business model and your understanding of it. How does Klarna make money? Where should we open our services next? etc.
Lots of steps, takes a long time to finalize the process. There was a logic test and personality test. At the last step they closed recruitment because of the layoff announcement.
standard interview process ,hr , technical interview fallowed by IQ test. Interview was in English yup thats it pretty much just like any other interview you would have only different part was the iq test in the end compared usual psychological test usually big companies do.

The process was very smooth, and condensed. Within a month I did three levels. It was just the month before the massive retrenchment, the signs on the wall were not promising. I got another offer
