First recruiter phone screen, then I was sent two online tests, one was logic (old school irrelevant IQ test even same pattern) and 2nd was 3 questions coding test. I was replied that I didn't pass. Because I solved all the coding questions and I was sure of my answers, I even wrote many test cases; I asked for a feedback with scores The reply was complete nonsense, the comments came I scored 11 of 18 of the IQ and that **my code formatting wasn't good** ! I felt sorry for the recruiter having to carry back such useless feedback. Assume I wrote the code for the whole question in one line, how about the fact that it was an online exam on a dummy web editor that barely compiles the code, and you say code formatting wasn't good enough ? If you don't want to hire people just don't run around and recruit and waste our time, instead of giving back unprofessional useless feed backs.
