The interview process starts with a logic test, after that I had a short call with HR which I found very unprofessional. They joined the call 10 minutes late, they asked me questions but didn't give me space for ask anything. After that I had to go through another logic test, this time during a meeting, again no time for me for ask anything about this position or company. Then, I had 1h meeting with the design lead where I had to present my portfolio. After that I had an additional interview with another design lead and this one was more about my behaviour and fit in the company. it was very annoying how it was structured and a lot of annoying questions. they rejected me after that saying " priorities recently changed" and they were looking for another profile. however the interview process was still long, after that i was supposed to have a whiteboard task live with other people from the company and then again another interview.. doesn't sound normal, actually it's a waste of time and it should be paid.the fact that nobody gave me the space to ask my questions says a lot about how much they care about employees
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- what would you do in this situation
- how do you collaborate with designers
- how do you prioritize
Il processo è molto strutturato ed è suddiviso in sotto step. I primi con HR e test di logica, i secondi più tecnici con challenge da superare e confronto con team di prodotto.

Question 1
Domande classiche che si pongono ad un colloquio. Ad ogni modo spiegano benissimo ogni step, quindi non si arriva impreparati
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Klarna (Berlijn) in Mar 2022
Interview
It was one of the fastest recruitment processes I have ever attended. The full interview process took only two weeks with one 4h block of interviews and team matching call as the final stage. After that verbal offer with HR and was waiting couple of weeks for contract ;) Highly recommend!

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Klarna (Londen, Engeland) in Oct 2021
Interview
Recruiter phone screen + full loop interview day (group presentation followed by 3-4 1-on1 interviews)
Interview process is overly complicated and long for a startup, tries too much to imitate Google’s interview process.
Offer was too low to accept, 10-20% below my current comp. Refused to negotiate.
