Started off with a call from a recruiter, then I was given puzzle exercise to complete on my free time. After that I was given a logical reasoning test where you see a series of shapes and then guess the next in the sequence... Eventually I was invited to a pair-programming session which wasn't really pair-programming but rather an exercise where you're given a puzzle to solve in front of a developer and then a discussion with an engineering manager. Everyone was friendly but the assessments were, in my opinion, very lazy and not good at measuring skills for the job. A logical reasoning test? Programming puzzles? Honestly, I'm glad I didn't get an offer.
