Process moved quickly, which was nice. Feedback was also immediate. Only complaint is the company was extremely great on feedback until the very end when I was rejected. They said the position had been filled by another candidate. I found out later that was a lie. Don’t lie to candidates. I’m not recommending a company that can’t be honest.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Klarna (Amsterdam) in May 2025
Interview
I first had some nice conversations with recruitment. They would send me a test case afterwards. I completed the test case and even got some help by email because a few things weren't clear. After submitting the results, I did not receive any answers or feedback. Even after sending a reminder email, I got total radio silence. They ghosted me. This is not how you treat people.
Pretty long process, it took around 1.5 months. 1. Recruiter screening 2. Supervised logical test 3. Technical case study (Take home assignment, no presentation, only submit your answers) 4. Technical presentation to Senior peer 5. Behavioural interview 6. Final interview with department's Director and potential Team Lead.
