I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Klarna (Stockholm, ) in Aug 2021
Interview
I passed the naive IQ test and then just had one interview. It was 20 mins below-average interview. I conducted the interview with a senior data scientist in the Stockholm office responsible for US accounts.

Question 1
- IQ test and behavioral questions that are s easy to pass, I did it on 3rd party website. - In the screening interview he just asked me about my previous projects, it was high-level questions without any depth in the technical part, and I find it wasn't enough to know me better to take a decision based on.
After a brief conversation with a recruiter, I was invited to talk to a hiring manager, who was really rude. He asked for my salary expectation, and I said "I am currently getting xxxx", and he said "you are not worth that salary."
A lot of steps that you have to prepare for. It takes time.
HR, ML task, Technical interview, Klarna fit interview, another technical interview, and finally team fit interview. You have to prepare well for each process to stand a chance.
