First test was a logic test with limit time;
Next was a challenge with 3 questions in the programming language that I chose between many different ones. The last question was the harder one about the shortest path problem.
Finally there are 3 interviews, where the first one is a 30 min interview
I applied online. I interviewed at Klarna in Sep 2019
Interview
I was selected to do an IQ test, which wasn't difficult. After a day they send me an email saying that the result was good enough and no feedback at all.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Klarna in Nov 2018
Interview
Overall, the interview process is simple. First they sent a logic test consist of find the pattern questions, then a basic code test which has no time limit. I recieved the test after a week of the application. After I have done the tests they responded my 1 day later that I have passed them. Then a HR employee reached out to me that I have passed all the test and they want to interview with me. The first interview is pretty straightforward, what Klarna do, who are you, what do you do, etc and they gave me another logic test. In order to progress you need to do pretty high, I have done 17/18. Then they took me to a cultural interview, which was okay, the interviewer was nice, they asked about Klarna mostly. One down side of the interview process that, they knew from the beginning that I need relocation and visa support, although in the first interview they said me that they will provide such things I was positive. However, in the cultural interview, interviewer said that they do not offer relocation and wont provide such things to junior positions, they said me that they were just curious about my resume and that's why they interviewed me. Basically, a waste of time of mine. Also they should have at least sent a proper feedback why they did not hire me.
