They started by a call then followed by sending 2 tests, ne logical test and another one for programming.
It was horrible, I spent 5 hours solving the programming test, then I saw the email about rejecting me for failing the logical test. I was expecting that they will assess them together, at least they should let candidate do them separately if that is the case.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Klarna
Interview
Got contacted by a recruiter who had seen my LinkedIn profile. The process started with a regular Skype meeting where I described my background and they talked about what kind of people they are looking for. I was then sent an online logic test and a coding assignment to be completed within a week. After passing these two, I had a technical interview challenging my architecture and coding skills, as well as a discussion about general values and attitudes related to software engineering. Finally, an onsite interview where I completed a similar logic test again, discussed background/goals/interest with a manager, and solved an architecture and coding challenge with the team members.
