I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Koch (Manhattan, KS) in Oct 2019
Interview
They had normal office staff at our university to interview students, instead of recruitment or HR staff like companies usually do. The men and women I have interviewed with in the past did not know anything about the positions I was looking into and just typed in my answers word for word into a computer. There was hardly any conversation, because of this I did not enjoy my many interview experiences (about 5) and chose to not continue with the screening process for both internships and full time positions

Question 1
Almost every question is framed like "Give an example of a time where...." It is difficult to prepare for, but think through tough things you've come across in your education and career path you can use as stories to remind you of some examples beforehand.
Hello, this is Molly from Talent Solutions and I wanted to say thank you for taking the time to write us a review and share your interview experience. Our belief around interviews is to provide an opportunity for not only our team to learn more about you as an individual, but for you to learn more about our team and company. It is disappointing to read that you did not experience this and felt the overall communication was lacking. Please know that I am sharing this with the appropriate leadership team as opportunities moving forward. I appreciate this feedback and wish you the best. Thank you.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Koch (Tulsa, OK) in Oct 2018
Interview
The first part of the interview process was on campus. Koch has strong company culture and therefore, you should align your answers to their values. The on-campus interview was behavior based. The interviewer was nice and did a lot of "peeling the onion". My second round was in Tulsa, OK for one of their subsidiaries, John Zinc. It was two one on one interviews. It was also behavior based questions.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Koch
Interview
Had an on campus interview. I was asked both behavioral and technical questions.
Interviewer was extremely unprofessional and told me that they "don't hire jerks." Kept pushing me on whether or not I really felt like I wanted the position and if it was for me. Seemed to be baiting me to challenge what he was saying. Said he didn't care if his everyday work helps anybody else or not.
Got a very bad impression of the company.
