Interview
Four rounds of back-to-back interviews in one day, two of them focused on experience and were more behavioral; then there were people asking some typical DCF questions. Interviewers are nice. Think I answered fine but dont have very related experience, the current job market, you know it.

Interview
1 Hirevue (super long, basically a first round) followed by a virtual superday. Hirevue had things like TMAY, STAR story questions, why PV, why Kroll, and some basic technicals like "Why is WACC important, what happens to the end valuation if WACC goes up/down" and basic WACC/DCF questions. For the new grad superday, it was a lot of why Kroll, why PV, STAR-story questions, and techs were basic like the WACC question from before, walk me through a DCF, equation for WACC, if debt or equity was more expensive and why, and a few questions on beta. Also asked a few questions about comps and the adjustments made to a comparable companies analysis for size premium, liquidity premium, illiquidity premium, and transparancy/information premium.
