I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kroll (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2015
Interview
I was contacted fairly quickly and was brought into the office the next day for an interview. The people I met were kind and willing to listen as much as they talked. I recommend researching more about the company and the position you are applying for. You must know why you want to work there. It's been almost 3 weeks since my interview and received no feed back, even after they told me I'd hear back with good or bad news.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kroll (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Positive experience, very nice interviewer. I only made it through the phone interview stage, but from what I understand they only had phone interviews for the position, at least recruiting from my school. The questions were basic fit questions and seemed relatively easy. The recruiter was interested in what industries I was familiar in and what type of work I had done with that particular industry.

Interview
The process was one interview over the phone, interviewed by 2 or 3 analysts/VPS. Interviewed me one day for about 30-45 minutes and followed up with an offer about 2 weeks after.
