I submitted my resume through a local hiring portal. After a week I got my first step invitation through email.
The first step includes an online assessment and some basic work eligiblity and availablity questions.
The online assessment needs to be done within 4 days and HR suggest you to complete it within 2 days.

Question 1
The online assessment has 4 questions and only question 2 and 3 is timed.
Question 2 is to research about an African business man. You will write an report introducting the person's education background, working experience, and adverse information (aka lawsuits).
Question 3 is about a doctor who faces mutiple investigation and lawsuits about the treatment he gives to his patients. This series of actions were caused by a patient's death in 2018. You need to write a report to show the cause, development, and results with 3 readings from NBC news articles.
