2 rounds. The first round is a written assessment that could be done at home, with a time limit of 3 hours; the test includes English-Chinese translation, news summary, background research for specific persons-of-interest etc - essentially this position's daily job.
The second round involves a skype interview with the Asia-Pacific Director and your would-be team manager, both based in Hong Kong. The team here in Taipei is new and needs to be built from scrtach , so they may prefer someone with office/industry experience.

I met Duff & Phelps at a career fair at my university, where I made contact and exchanged emails with the Recruiting team. After the CV + Cover Letter screen, the second round consisted of a phone screening interview (motivational and fit questions), after which I was invited to the final round at their offices. The final round consisted of motivational + fit questions with the head of the department, followed by a numerical + finance test. The test itself consisted of 6 logical/basic algebra questions (similar to GMAT questions), followed by 6 finance questions. Overall a very smooth and enjoyable process.
