First they took the aptitude test then shortlisted candidates were called in for interview. Two interviews were taken Each interview was of 30 mins average. They asked good number of technical questions

started with tell me about yourself, previous experience,
5 interviews. 2 interviews with would be co-workers. 1 i terview with Senior Manager and 2 interviews with Director of practice.
I was told by ever intterviewer that I was a great fit for the team and they’d be happy to have me.
A mo th lasses and many interviews later, team went with another candidate. I was contacted by director again to interview and when I did. They said i was a good fit. Same process and again went with another candidate.
My experience and everyone I met was amazing but I believe I was being out as a 2nd option the entire process when communication wise I was put 1st.

Interview
This was a three round interview with the top people in the office. The first round was dominantly an overview of the company. Second round was a top level questions about how valuation works as well as what interests me about the field. The final interview was more in-depth accounting questions to see whether or not I know US GAAP to a passable degree.
