Sent CV online, no questions etc, phone call within a week asking to come into an interview very easy going regarding dates, easy 5-minute interview with manager and director, asked a few CV questions, then went on to social life questions, do you like to drink etc to see if you fit in with the team, then ended quickly as one manager had to leave, got offered the job 2 weeks later.
